Use the Document Details Profile tab
To edit the Document Profile:

Click the
Details icon next to the desired document(s) in a document listing.

The Profile tab is displayed by default. Edit the desired fields.

After editing the profile, click the Save button to save your changes.

Note: The information, fields, and options displayed in the Profile tab on the Document Details page depend on how your administrator has set up the system.
Depending upon which type of database (such as, Legal, Financial, Government, or Custom) is being used by the library currently being accessed, additional information fields may also be displayed. |
