The Contents Tab

A search results list can contain any type of RM item including Documents, File Parts, and Boxes. File Parts and Boxes in turn contain other items: File Parts contain Documents; Boxes contain File Parts.

To view the contents of a Box or File Part:

  1. From a search results list, click the Contents icon.

    or

    Open the Document Details page for an item and click the Contents tab.

  2. The item's Details page is displays with the Contents tab selected. The Contents tab lists the item and all of its contents.

Wherever it appears in a list of items, you can click the Contents icon to view the contents of an item.
