To show or hide closed Files and Parts in your File Plan view:

1. Go to the My Options page.

2. Scroll down to find the File Display heading.

3. To show closed Files in your File Plan, click Show Closed Files.

4. To hide closed Files in your File Plan, clear the Show Closed Files check box.

5. Click Save on the toolbar to save your changes.
