The Access Rights pane enables you to Allow or Deny permissions for each user in the trustee pane. For example, if you wanted to disallow a specific user or group from copying the document, you would select the Copy option under the Deny column.
To modify the access rights for each user or group:
Select a group or user name from the Current Trustees list by clicking the name to select it. The Access Rights options in the right hand-pane will become available to be applied to the currently selected group or user.
Select a predefined Rights Template from the drop-down menu or assign custom Trustee rights by selecting a combination of the individual Access Rights available below the drop-down menu. See Access Rights Templates and Options for more information about Access Rights Templates.
To save the current document security settings, click OK. To discard the settings, click Cancel.
