View Document or Folder History

The History tab on the Document Details and Folder Details page provides the following information:

Field
Description
Date
The date the document/folder was accessed.
Time
The time the document/folder was accessed.
Action
The action that was performed on the document/folder (for example, editing the document or checking it in or out).
Version
The specific version of the document affected by this action. Folders do not have multiple versions, therefore version 1 is always displayed.
User
The ID of the user who performed the action.

History events are displayed in reverse chronological order (the most recent event is displayed first).
